Jon and his entire crew were phenomenal to work with. I had made the decision to replace my existing system and Jon gave me several options and allowed me to select the one that best suited our needs. No pressure whatsoever was exerted. Jon accommodated my schedule for the install, arrived promptly as promised and provided everything we agreed upon. I have several homes and I've never encountered a more professional organization than Desert Foothills. I consulted several different companies and chose Desert Foothills over several others. I could not be more pleased with my decision and I cannot give a higher recommendation. They earned my highest regards and that is no easy task.

I contacted Desert Foothills AC&H on Saturday afternoon and they were able to send a service tech out the next morning. Ron arrived promptly at 8:30am, diagnosed the AC system and found a low voltage control wire in the compressor that was shorting out on a metal edge causing the compressor not to work. He fixed that and neatened up the other electrical cables so they would not cause a future problem. Ron's experience and professional manner makes him an outstanding asset to Desert Foothills AC! I highly recommend this company for any AC problem.

Desert Foothills Air Conditioning and Heating installed two heat pump systems in our home in Carefree. Jon and the entire team of technicians displayed professionalism and pride in their work - a local, family owned and oriented business that provides excellent customer care. I chose them based on a competitive quote, high quality product selection, no high pressure sales pitch (like a couple of highly advertised companies), knowledge regarding their Carrier products, and a family owned business. They know what they are doing and do not try to "upsell" products that are not necessary. I will use Desert Foothills Air Conditioning for any future HVAC needs. I just had Desert Foothills install two 4 ton systems. Their pricing and professional work ethic can't be beat! Jon took the time to explain how everything works and you wouldn't have even known they were here for 2 days as they left my home in spotless condition. It is far better to deal with a local family owned business than with any of the "big boys." Desert Foothills takes great pride in their work and customer service. Don't go anywhere else for your HVAC needs!

Jon and the rest of the team were incredibly responsive and quick. They were able to install a completely new system within 7 days of me initially contacting them...even though I stalled for a couple of days so I could get some competitive quotes. The prices were fully competitive. They installation was done without error and system has solved all of my prior problems. They also spent extra time with me to explain the system, the thermostat, etc. I look forward to having service provided by a local small business.

After purchasing a home in Carefree in June, we determined that poor duct design was causing inadequate cooling to one portion of the house. After an unimpressive bid by one of the area's major companies we contacted Foothills AC. Their response was fast and the problem analysis by their technician was on the mark with a number of options he suggested, but without the usual sales pitch for their product or services. We selected a combination of a new standard system, supplemented by a "mini-split" system. The final result was excellent. I was fully briefed on the cost and timetable and the professional team of technicians who made the installation could not have been more impressive for their knowledge and skill. A genuine two-generation family business that makes customer satisfaction a priority.

The whole team did an excellent job of upgrading my existing Carrier units to the amazing Infinity units with variable speed and WiFi thermostats that can display my daily and month kwh usage. I'm amazed at how quietly the indoor and outdoor units run. The replacement was challenging and the team was wonderful. I have been using them for 15 years and they never have failed to do an outstanding professional job. I have referred them to many friends as I trust them to do the very best... they have both integrity and credibility which is rare in HVAC. Only heard praise from the referrals.
